Account alerts notify you of important events occurring on your account1.
Choose to be notified when:
Your balance is above or below an amount you specify.
A direct deposit is made to your account.
A withdrawal, deposit or check posts to your account.
Periodic balance alerts are also available.
You may choose to receive your personalized alerts through any of the following methods:
Note: To activate Push Notification Alerts, you must activate notifications by selecting Alerts located within the Services menu once logged in to NYCB Mobile.
Your security is our top priority.
Security alerts will automatically be sent to your primary email address, and are also available to be received via text message or push notification (through the NYCB Mobile app) when we receive instructions for important changes to your account.
Any changes to the following information will prompt an alert:
- User ID
- Security questions
- Security phrase
